Прослежено влияние структурной организации пектинов и пектин-монтмориллонитных композитов на кинетические показатели рН-регулируемой сорбции тестового алкалоида в пищеварительной системе человека и сельскохозяйственных животных. Результаты исследований позволяют прогнозировать сорбционное связывание азагетероциклических соединений и определить дозировку пектинсодержащих препаратов для профилактики микотоксикоза</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Approaches to modeling the structure of the polymer chain and intermolecular associates in plant pectins are discussed. The influence of the structural organization of pectins and pectin-montmorillonite com- posites on the kinetic parameters of pH-controlled sorption of the test alkaloid in the digestive system of humans and farm animals has been traced.
