Лекарственные препараты, направленные на лечение амилоидоза, имеют ряд недостатков, поэтому остро стоит проблема создания новых высокоэффективных лекарств. В работе проведено молекулярное моделирование и докинг ультракоротких пептидов в белкимишени амилоидоза сердца для последующего пептидного синтеза и анализа на животных моделях амилоидоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cardiac amyloidosis has been shown to be a disease caused by the deposition of insoluble amyloid fibrils. Drugs aimed at treating amyloidosis have a number of disadvantages, so the problem of creating new highly effective drugs is acute.
