На основании экспериментальных данных показана зависимость температуры положения максимума пика тока деполяризации, высвобождаемый в процессе нагревания образца заряд и энергии активации релаксационных процессов от числа слоев полимерной пленки. Значение напряженности поляризующего электрического поля составляло 8 х 106 В/м. Скорость изменения температуры составляла 5 К/мин. На спектрах тока деполяризации обнаружены две области. Первая область интерпретируется в приближении дипольного заряда. Вторая область объясняется наличием широкого распределения ловушек, занятых инжектируемыми зарядами.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The depolarization currents of multilayer polymer films of polydiphenylene phthalide were measured us- ing the method of thermally stimulated depolarization in the range from 170 to 373 K. Based on experimental data, the dependence of the temperature of the maximum position of the peak of the depolarization current, the charge released during heating of the sample and the activation energy of relaxation processes on the number of layers of the polymer film is shown. The value of the polarizing electric field strength was 8 х 106 V/m. The rate of temperature change was 5 K/min. Two regions were detected on the depolarization current spectra. The first region is interpreted in the dipole charge approximation.
