Определены оптимальные условия формирования устойчивых люминесцирующих комплексов, включая значение рН, концентрации реагентов. Установлено, что в присутствии офлоксацина наблюдается интенсивная сенсибилизированная люминесценция ионов Eu³⁺ , обусловленная эффективным переносом энергии от лиганда к центральному иону. Проведено систематическое изучение влияния ионов f- и d-элементов на люминесцентные характеристики системы, что позволило оценить её селективность и устойчивость к мешающим воздействиям. Результаты работы имеют как фундаментальное значение для понимания процессов комплексообразования и энергетических взаимодействий лантаноидов в микрогетерогенных средах, так и практическую перспективу для разработки новых люминесцентных зондов и аналитических методов на основе сенсибилизированной флуоресценции европия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study presents the first comprehensive investigation of the luminescent properties of europium(III) complexes with ofloxacin (OF). Optimal conditions for the formation of stable luminescent complexes, including pH and reagent concentrations, were determined. It was established that in the presence of ofloxacin, intense sensitized luminescence of Eu³⁺ ions is observed, caused by efficient energy transfer from the ligand to the central ion. A system- atic study of the influence of f- and d-element ions on the luminescent characteristics of the system was conducted, enabling an assessment of its selectivity and stability against interfering influences.
