Получены зависимости удельной проводимости от температуры, рассчитаны коэффициенты абсорбции и частотные характеристики ɛ’(ω), ɛ’’(ω) в области 10-1–10-3 Гц. Экспериментальные данные дают основание полагать, что накопление заряда в пленах обусловлено поляризацией Максвелла–Вагнера. Взаимосвязь между жесткостью молекул полиимидов и их электрическими и диэлектрическими характеристиками не установлена.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>This work focuses on the absorption characteristics of polyimides with different molecular rigidity in the temperature range of 25–175 °C. The temperature dependences of conductivity were obtained, the absorption coefficients, dielectric characteristics ɛ’(ω), ɛ’’(ω) in the range of 10-1–10-3 Hz were calculated. Experimental data suggest that charge accumulation in the films is caused by Maxwell-Wagner polarization.
