Abstract

Cardiac amyloidosis has been shown to be a disease caused by the deposition of insoluble amyloid fibrils. Drugs aimed at treating amyloidosis have a number of disadvantages, so the problem of creating new highly effective drugs is acute. The work carried out molecular modeling and docking of ultrashort peptides into target proteins of cardiac amyloidosis for subsequent peptide synthesis and analysis in animal models of amyloidosis.
