THE IMPACT OF MECHANOMAGNETIC ACTIVATION OF THE SUPERPLASTICIZER C-3 SOLU-TION ON THE PROCESSES OF PHASE FORMATION IN FINE GRAIN CONCRETE

Abstract

The effect of mechanomagnetic activation (MMA) of superplasticizer C-3 solutions used for cement slurry mixing on the structure and properties of cement composite has been studied. The method of dynamic light scattering revealed the appearance of nanosized particles of the dispersed phase of the mixing fluid. On the basis of data of thermogravimetric and X-ray phase analysis the changes in the structure of cement paste have been found, the role of ММА in structure-forming processes has been established and the main cement paste structure components have been determined.
